Road Trip!

Megan enjoying her milkshake at Miner's

The beautiful flowers my mom planted for me for Mother's Day

My new view! Scott and I agree that this makes my belly look bigger than it actually is, but it's the best I could do by myself :)

Yesterday Megan and I went on a road trip! Megan had a craving for Miner's, so we loaded up the car and went to Yakima! It's fun being pregnant with someone else...we indulge each other's cravings quite often! I've had a busy few weeks. We had a doctor's appointment on the 2nd, and we got to see the babies again! They have grown so much that we couldn't see both of them on the screen at the same time. We have an appointment with a high-risk specialist in two weeks, and we'll have a big ultrasound then. They'll be checking to see if the babies are developing normally, and we'll hopefully be able to find out what we're having!

I spent last week getting ready for our KIX performance. The performance was on Sunday, Mother's Day, and the kids did a great job--just like they always do! AWANA finished two weeks ago, but this is the first week everything has been done. I feel a little bit like I don't know what to do with myself! It's weird to be ending everything, because things will be different in the fall. I won't be doing AWANA, and although I'll still be helping out in KIX, I won't be doing my regular job and will be gone for awhile in the middle when the babies come. In a way I'm glad things will be slowing down, because I know they'll be picking up at home!--but I'm also a little sad. I'll miss all the kids :)

Next Tuesday we are heading to the Oregon Coast for our anniversary, followed by a few nights in Portland. It will be really nice to get away, I think we are both in need of a nice, relaxing vacation. We'll also be able to spend time with some of our dear friends who live in Portland and the surrounding area. I'll be spending the rest of the week doing laundry and getting ready for our trip!

Twin..this photo cracks me up. It makes you look like you're 15 feet tall and there are your little feet....way way down at the bottom. :)...I love it and can't wait to see you two soon!
