Lucky Day

Last year on St. Patrick's Day we had our first OB appointment. I was really nervous, for lots of reasons that I won't bore you with, and after what seemed like a million hours of "OB Education" we finally got to see Dr. Smith. All our waiting paid off, because he wheeled that ultrasound machine right in and we got the surprise of a lifetime...twins! I can't believe that only a year ago our sweet babies were just two little blinking heartbeats. Today they are 5 months and 1 week old, and they are so wonderful! They are happy, smiling, laughing little babies who are rapidly getting bigger! They are changing so quickly, and I can't wait to go into their room every morning and see their sweet little faces beaming up at me. What a difference a year makes! I'm so glad that we found out they were twins on St. Patrick's Day, because not only will we always remember it, everyone else will be celebrating too!

To quote Scott: "Two? Two BABIES??!!?!?!?"

Thanks for letting me come and spend time with you and your sweet babies this week! You have such a wonderful little family and it brings me so much joy to experience it for those few hours. I hope Luke had a better night after I left... I felt so bad for his poor little tummy! If there is anything I can ever do to help you, let me know friend!
